The Tallahassee Community Chorus

The Tallahassee Community Chorus has played a vital role in our arts community for over 20 years. Community members and students from all walks of life and ranging in age from 14 to 90 come together to sing. Each week, over 200 singers join their voices to create beautiful music under the artistic direction of world renowned Dr. André Thomas.
The Chorus is the only local organization whose primary purpose is to perform great choral master works.

The Tallahassee Community Chorus performs large choral works with orchestra. The 200+ singers have sung in Tallahassee, Carnegie Hall in NYC, the People's Republic of China and The JFK Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, DC. The Chorus has been invited to participate in the Prague Choral Festival in the Czech Republic in July 2011. We represent Tallahassee and the great State of Florida as cultural ambassadors. We make you proud!

College of Music for its Seasonal Celebration, and those tickets may be ordered with your concert subscription. The Seasonal Celebration will be Tuesday, November 30, 2010, at 8:00 p.m.
